Quality varies quite a bit. The base ingredients are similar, but most of the locations are franchises, and corporate doesn't seem to be super fussy about uniformity of food. Things like mixing the sauce correctly and cooking the right amount of time make a big difference. Also, hot-n-ready means that lazy store managers might let them sit in the heat rack for too long, which absolutely can dry them out.

If you've never been excited about being able to buy a 5 dollar pizza, then count yourself lucky. I've had multiple times in my life where it absolutely made my day to get one of these, and there could be again.

Pretty sure you dont need membership to go to the food court. Food court self checkout doesnt ask for membership.
They changed their policy and you do need a membership for the food court now.

Follow the thread, neckbeard.
You are extremely confused. And crankypants. Maybe you need to eat. I know of a $5 pizza deal you could get in on.

Food court, alcohol, and cigarettes shouldn't require membership. Most if not all states have laws against charging a subscription to buy these items. Regular employees don't usually know about alcohol but all the managers do, you fill out a small form that takes a minute.
Using the pharmacy also does not require a membership, though members can get lower prices on some medications.

It's hit or miss depending on the store. I have ordered deep dish with extra cheese that was glorious with cheese gushing over the sides and baked to perfection. Other times it was as you describe. Same with Domino's - my local Domino's is awful, but elsewhere they are good.
This. Just because your "name fast food place" isn't good, doesn't mean someone else's local restaurant is bad too.

Or you are wrong, your useless comment is just trolling, and you realize it just letting you know
There was a time, in college, that despite working three jobs, the only things I could afford was things like this, Mickey D's dollar menu, instant ramen noodles, etc. I know it wasn't healthy, you know why I did it? So I could, you know, afford things like tuition, books or rent. In the short-term/long-term trade off, I made chose the long-term. If anything it made me appreciate life. So yes, places like Little Caesars HAVE their place in the marketplace and those of us that patronize them know EXACTLY what we're getting.

Somebody was nice enough to point out your asinine comment to which you only decided to be an even bigger d1ck. Here's an idea, don't like fast food threads? GTFO. I think you're just desperate for attention.

I think Little Caesars is just fine, especially for five bucks. I'm not pretendin' to be healthy here laugh out loud

Wish they'd bring back the stuffed crust again, though Mad
The round stuffed crust never went away as far as I know, I think the deep dish stuffed crust may have gone. Just got a stuffed crust last week!
And I am, in fact, pretty darn healthy Grin

The Calzony is very creative. They take the standard pizza crust and cut a few slits in it, add a white cheese sauce and then fold the cut areas over each other and bake it like a normal pizza. It's basically the same ingredients as the $5 pepperoni for $8.95. It's a great way to improve their margins without having to raise prices on their basic items. More companies should think this way instead of just complaining about their costs going up.
They also give you a Crazy Sauce with it, which normally costs $1.50 to add on (yes, I'm sure the sauce probably costs them eight cents plus three cents for the tub...)

I'm impressed that Little Caesar's has held their pricing during COVID while all of their costs have increased. Unlike McDonalds, they truly care about their customer base. While I consider their round pizzas to be average at best, I like the way they do business.
Here their $5 pizza is now $5.99

The video of how they prepare the pizza sauce kind of turned me off of them, not that I expect great quality from them, but seeing the guy put the sauce container on the floor was kind of disgusting, and reminded me that this is more common than one would think.
Every high volume pizza restaurant has to do things in large quantities. A large bin for sauce will need to be placed where it can be worked with. The bin may touch the floor but they are not scraping the sauce off the floor and back into the bin.
I have many of these same bins at home as I like to buy like a proper SD'er and save money on bulk. I also cook a ton. May also be because at one time I owned a pizza restaurant.

In order to make dough, many of the chains have a 40+qt mixer.. the problem comes when you only have one employee on shift to make dough and the 40qt mixer with dough is extremely heavy for most people not to mention the 9-15 min mixing time.. I did mine differently by hiring 1 guy to make dough and using a 25qt VCM that can turn flour and ingredients into workable dough in under 2 min. Smaller batches so 1 person could handle it.

As for LC, like anything. Everyone has a market. If I have to feed some people working on my house, LC for $5 fits in quite nicely. Hungry ppl rarely complain when its free to them.

I haven't been to Little Caesar's since the 90s when it was the $5 hot and ready carryout pizza.

I'm guessing that model is gone now?

Quote from CreditGuy :
One altruism about SD threads is that it doesn't take long to find the Costco Cultists posting in them. It's like Costco is the center of the retail world for some folks.
It's a sunk cost fallacy in marketing. Because you've spent $60+ on your membership, your goal is to maximize your ROI by doing everything at Costco. Otherwise you're not getting your money's worth.

To be fair to Costco, they're known for having very good ROI, so people attracted to a site like Slickdeals will be attracted to a place like Costco, and that's where you are now.

(Yes, I have a Costco membership too. But I don't get smug about it, because I know it's not right for everyone).
