They will probably regret not having a different brand name for their kitchen line.

Bought this one last year when it came around and love it. Easy install and still haven't had to change batteries. Works like a champ. Our super hard water causes the holes that spray the water to get clogged on occasion but soaking in citric acid does the trick.

Bought one of these from Costco. Probably at a year and a half on the same set of batteries. Only complaint is that I didn't install it sooner.

I bought this last time around. I have no complaints. It's been a great faucet. The spray setting is very powerful. The motion sense works great, but my favorite feature is the auto on/off when you pull down the spray nozzle.

I've got two of this model. I don't know how I lived without it before. Between the latch handle on my door and this faucet, I can come in from the garage with my hands covered in grease and get my hands clean without handling anything but the soap bottle.

That a hand wave toggles it on and off does confuse some guests, though. They expect it to turn off when they walk away, not realizing you have to wave your hand again to turn it off.

Am having same issues with my 2-yrs old one too. The slow drip issue is likely the nozzle or aerator parts getting loose. You should be able to hand tighten easily. The random leak from the ball joint area of the handle is likely a bad cartridge. If you still have your receipt, you can send an email to their customer service team and ask for a replacement cartridge. I did that this afternoon after seeing the OP and they replied within an hour and will send the replacement within a week. The provided instruction to replace the cartridge seems simple enough.
Thank you for the insight, I'll email them tomorrow.

I struggle with a similar fact..so these are not a 100% touch free. If you need hot vs cold water .... you WILL have to touch the handle to adjust water temperature. Doesn't that make a regular tap better???

I bought two of these but can't for the life of me figure out how to use the touch feature... it blinks red when I wave in front of the sensor but nothing activates. It states you have to turn the knob, which I did.. can anyone provide a video or picture just so I know I'm not going crazy and it's a defective product?

To correct the above statement, you can make the faucet operate like a dumb faucet if you want where is just the handle that turns it on and adjusts the water but there's a switch on the controller you have to flip to do that plus it won't be smart anymore. I mean it's a good price for a dumb faucet as well if you want it to work that way
Well, yes there is a manual override valve that you turn to make it act like a normal faucet. But it's not something you can do when guests come over and then turn it back when the leave. Other faucets (like the Moen) don't require that. The manual part works at the same time as the sensor part, without having to turn any valves. That difference might be important to some.

If you've got it working like a normal faucet (like with the handle only), then you need to turn the manual override knob the other way. The manual override knob is on the electronics box. I think the user manual has a picture of it.

Try this, turn on the water and wave you hand in front of the sensor.

The other way = loosen it up? I've tried it to the point where it basically starts pouring water out of it because it was so loose.

I bought this a few years ago and have really enjoyed it. My only complaint is that I had to explain how it worked to almost everyone who tried to use it. Granted, my friends and family are not the brightest when it comes to technology. But if they use it "wrong" by moving the handle then you have to manually adjust the handle before it will work correctly again with the sensor
