Bought this one last year when it came around and love it. Easy install and still haven't had to change batteries. Works like a champ. Our super hard water causes the holes that spray the water to get clogged on occasion but soaking in citric acid does the trick.

Got one, installed it, turned on the water and it was leaking inside around the handle. Faulty valve or something, it can happen, but it is one of the more common issues. I needed to have the store order another one and wait for it to come in, but I went to a local store that sells retuned items from Costco and other stuff and they had the Kohler with the food scraper setting for not much more. Let me tell you, that setting is a GAME CHANGER. Also, I much prefer that type of faucet, the kind that is in a coil or anything like that.

Just got my full unit replacement after a few years, basically no questions asked. Had the battery box replaced a few times but that never fixed ghost signals I had occasionally. Also had a little leakage from the handle.

Now I have one new in box, but may replace with a smart(er) faucet. Something like Moen U or their MotionSense line would be my choice based on usability as a "normal" faucet, not just wave OR handle.

I will certainly be downvoted for my critical feedback on this product but this is not a faucet I would recommend. More times than not, the sensor does not activate properly. I promptly returned this product for a traditional "low tech" faucet and have been so much happier

The placement of the sensor is a major pain. Don't even think of cleaning pots and pans in the sink. This thing will turn on and off constantly.

I bought it at a store called The Outlet by ELS. It was open box for $130 or so. They have a ton of stuff from costco, but it would be incredibly wild if you lived by one, or by me.

I use it every day, and it's one of the absolute best things that I've bought for the house; it still brings me joy to use it, and I say it out loud, how much I love this faucet, at least once a week. Have owned it for probably 2 years now, I don't ever anticipate having to replace anything, and if I do, it apparently has a lifetime warranty.

Got this thing a few years ago and the motion sensing feature was terrible. Kept unintentionally turning on or off. Also got tired of changing batteries under the sink. Besides that, it works great as a low-tech faucet with hose.

Just want to inform that i purchased this about a year ago from them and it broke after 7 months. The motion sensor started wigging out. Great warranty but.... you have to uninstall that sucker and bring it back to home depot, get a replacement, then reinstall the new one. not sure if it's worth the trouble if your not into the DIY thing. I pulled that thing out and purchased a name brand faucet, i think it's a Kohler (without sensor). I found that the trouble of uninstalling/reinstalling a kitchen faucet was worth paying extra for reliability and not so much hassel.

Is there any way to have an ac adapter instead of the battery powered? It's a pain to reach and replace the battery every 6 months
