How is this healthy? 6 grams of added sugar. Only 3g of Protein.Why do they add sugar? Completely ruins everything.
It might be good to taste, but it you're looking for healthful mix - this ain't it.

Probably the cranberries and mango bits have added sugar. I haven't seen the mango bits that this mix has elsewhere.
