Did you know that the island of Manhattan, whose current land value is estimated at $1.4 trillion, was first purchased for $24? You read that right — just $24. The long and rich history of New York City's real estate market begins in 1609 with its first European settlement.

PayPal had a $10 offer back in march (buy $10, get $10) - fees were $0.50 for that purchase. Today that crypto is worth $8.80 though I saw it go down to as much as $5.
I had seen this offer being targeted by Venmo but I was not seeing it at first. I did had a "learn more about Crypto" in the app and looked at it. Last week, I got the $25 offer from Venmo. Fees on were $0.58, better than PayPal, though I have not seen the credit back yet. That $25 is worth $23.15 now.
Free is free - though I wish I did accept that webinar offer for 5 BTC back in the day - I remember myself saying - meh - give me an Amazon GC or something - what the heck is this BTC crap... At least I didn't take it and lost the file somewhere... Oh well.
Fees do vary based on amount purchased. It was $0.58 for me to buy $25 of Litecoin, but they wanted $2.30 for $100 worth. So keep this in mind, but still somewhat comparable to other crypto services.
I like the integration to venmo cause I use it to pay friends all the time and I bet this will be the future, just paying crypto instead of USD.
But they def need to have more currencies available for this to gain solid traction
An initial investment of $1,000 in Dutch East India Company would net $237,903,845,036,819,840.00 after 200 years. And thats not including bank interest on the dividends or accounting for inflation.
I did get the $10 from the $10 offer. so total investment was 50¢ which was fees. I got my promo $10 a few days before the time period ended
No Cardano.... Boooo!
Not entirely true. But BTC at 40000+ USD is a joke,. $5 is more like it if you consider the academic merit. Unfortunately , printing press backed pros and conmen have taken over . They can even drive the price to $200K , or even a mil. but does it matter ? Exit, wash rinse and repeat.

History makes for some great stories ... but actual facts are not always on the side of public education ...
