For the HomePod Mini, condition (4) is not listed. So, you do not need to pay for 3 months to keep your HomePod Mini.

Staples has them new at $89, but you need to follow through google shopping link to get the price (try incognito mode).

Long sorry short, it should only cost the $1.00 to activate. From what I've read it will still ask for a credit card.

I'm dealing with a similar situation with the previous $50 VGC promotion. I escalated the issue and Visible insisted they are going by terms of the current promotion as stated on the website. They flatly ignored the notation on my account/Visible app which still indicates 2 months.
