my question is if I am transfering from another carrier and created a new account, can I use the old visible SIM card on the new iPhone 13? (of course the new account that is open will sit in the drawer for 3 months).

Edit: on Friday I was able to pay for a different order (SO's account) without issue. I didn't have to use PayPal. The order showed in the account immediately.
I was able to get PayPal to work with one of my cards and need to change over monthly billing when I activate the account. I also received an email from them stating they received the order and it also shows on the website so fingers crossed for a Monday order and a Wednesday delivery. Thx for the help !!!
