Didn't realize these were only 8.25" and not a full 10" like many other table saws. Not sure if that would be an issue for hobbyist woodworking though. I was looking at one these at HD yesterday and the extending fence rails are pretty handy. I had the Ryobi version of this and sold it not long after buying it - with only ~12" of rip capacity, usefulness was limited.

I had the 10" version and it was great. Great fence, light and portable, and plenty of power. The downsides are that it was loud, the miter slots weren't square, and it doesn't accept a dado stack. (However, it will accept the Freud box joint blades which can cut 1/4" or 3/8" dados. Not perfect but better than an 1/8" blade.)

Again, that was the old 10" but I hear the 8.25" saws are very similar.

I have the flexvolt cordless version and it seems pretty well thought out. Biggest downfall so far is no ability to dado. Milwaukee's version you can though (albeit it costs more).

I have the 10" version. You can adjust pretty much anything on this saw. The blade and motor assembly can be adjusted to make it parallel with the miter slots. The fence can also be adjusted to be parallel with the miter slots. Check out some tuning videos on YT. After I made all the adjustments, it cuts perfectly. My biggest gripes are the small table size and the short fence. Small table size makes cutting large sheet goods difficult. Short fence makes ripping long stock difficult.
