look like Staples is having problem the system doesn't take the fee off and it is a system wide problem . Manager try to adjust balance but cant since it is a gift card need to try it later in the week.

Anyone else have trouble with the cards ringing up with the fee today? Might have just been a store that didnt update overnight...

I post it a few min b4 you look like a system wide problem the manager called corporate support and nothing the store can do and told me to try again later

Just came back from store. It is actually MC not visa. My store keep those cards in their register cabin not with other gift cards display. You just go and ask for the gift card on promotion.

I managed to get Mastercards as well, and VISAs did not take the fee off. So yes, try MC.
