Whenever I link my prepaid MC to my Paypal account, I always have payment issues when paid by Paypal with the linked MC. I don't have such an issue with linked prepaid Visa though. I'll wait until Staples runs the similar promotion on Visa. Thanks to all who kept the thread updated.

I have no problem link it to Paypal but it always ask me to verify the card.,

After I get these MC I usually will register with my address and phone number.
Then after a few hours I will link it to Paypal, try it more than 1 time because sometimes it doesn't show the verify question on first try. When the verify question come up you answer yes to verify, they will hold a small amount and indicate the card link is pending, once you got the charge show up on your card you go back to paypal and let them know how much they charged then if verified the card is linked

I was never asked for any questions to verify anything when linking to Paypal. I'll give it a try again. Thanks.

No, I don't use that to load Paypal balance and I dont think you can.
It is just use it as payment method like a credit card for shopping or bill pay.
