With those sensors, this is a Slick Deal! The themostats alone are usually that price!

Not sure what you mean - it is Ecobee 3 Lite, just the Costco specific model number with extra sensors.

There is a non lite version which has a couple extra options.

i have two thermostats in my house (1x upstairs, 1x downstairs). One AC unit powers the house but there are two blowers in the attic.

Can I use 1x ecobee to run my house with the added sensors in this bundle?

I have this Costco kit. This version does not have Alexa capability. Not sure what else it's missing but I'm happy with it. It's in the back hallway, so I wouldn't want to be yelling commands at it anyway. I wish it had more than one remote temp sensor instead of the door and window sensors. I didn't even bother to unbox those.

No. The sensor does not act as a separate zone. You still need a separate thermostat for each zone. The sensor lets you average the temperature of different rooms in a given zone.

I have not kept track but my understanding was it lacked support for accessories. Talking add on likes humidifiers, dehumidifiers, ventilators or the like.

The unit will work with smart home systems, but does not have alexa built in. I feel it is plus. You can adjust settings with any of the AI's.

It also does not have an occupancy sensor like the full version does

Thank you. Yes it does lack the occupancy sensor built in with the thermostat. Not sure how well it handles room sensors.

Geofencing would be a good alternative.
