Bought this monitor brand new for a lot more than this about 6 months ago. It's a great gaming monitor, with an a above average IPS screen. Build quality is top notch.
If you're not going to take full advantage of the 240hz (ie, FPS PC gaming with a decent video card), this monitor probably isn't a good fit. But it's one of the least expensive 240hz you can buy while still having a great overall screen.
240fps to take advantage of 240hz is cake even with a subpar video card considering the 1080p resolution. Splitting hairs considering you used the word decent but just clarifying for those who are wondering about their 1060s or something

I use it for cstrike 1.6 😂 guess integrated gfx can easily cut it @240
Great monitor, especially at this price. I've had this for a couple of years and have no complaints. Yes, it would be "great if it had x,y,z" but you won't find x,y,z at this price. Buy it
Pulled the trigger, but not sure what exactly Dell refurb means (customer returns? Leased monitors? Trade-ins?)
I've had this monitor going on 3 years now, it's developing issues where it turns on and off randomly. Overall great monitor but I'm guessing that's where the refurbs are coming from lol

You might mistake this monitor for other models because this model release last spring.

The one I got had a few glaring dead pixels, very sad

Yes but extreme overkill for 1080 gaming. Doesn't the ps5 run 1440p?
Looks like it can do 1080p@120hz @ HDMI2
