I'm not sure if I can deal with the lines, so use to a black mousepad.

Had this same mousepad but smaller, glides really well and lasted me 2+ years with constant usage everyday 3+ hours playing FPS games before it started to feel muddy (even when I washed it) would vouch esp with this price

I'm so enjoying seeing the two conversations in this thread around ESL.

English as a Second Language

Electronic Sports League (the logo on this mousepad)

ESL as a brand is well known with the folks who are into competitive video games (and the trend that popularized these massive mouse pads. These massive pads are useful for large mouse movements and accuracy for first person shooters, especially)

I have the normal version of this mat (just straight black with minimal razer branding), and I like it a lot. I ordered another for this price for sure. If you don't care for the ESL logo, your keyboard will be on top and cover it anyway, but material and construction-wise, the one I have still looks basically brand new when I clean off any dust accumulation.

I use these pads for all my desktops and catch them here when they go for under $10. Think I'll pass on this one, mainly for the graphics as anything buy all-black would drive me crazy, but also it seems this one does not have the nice woven edges like the Corsair and others have. The fail points on these large pads are the compression points where your wrists set, and the edges that get frizzed by all the rubbing over time.

Ya if you're going to try to take over an acronym thats been established as long as ESL you should probably pick something that itself doesn't sound as stupidly generic as "Electronic Sports League" lol

So I reject this. This is the English as a Second Language mousepad and you're not going to change my mind.
