View peach colored text box: Amazon Warehouse Fall Clearance Sale, save up to 40% off select items. Click to enter selected items in promo.

Don't click on Sponsored items, it will take you out of bounds of promo zone.

I recently had a bunch of bad experiences with warehouse items. Ordered a shower head that arrived without the actual shower head - just hose and a bunch of nuts. Ordered a garage door opener that had visible water damage inside and outside the package (not the shipping package though - it was shipped that way). It's really a hit or miss with them.
Did end up finding a projector screen though.

It's one thing to say it happened one time, but you claim at least A couple, that's why they contacted you because that is extremely extremely rare to receive an empty box
