There are continuing reports of the 11th gen i5 intel processor, far outperforming it's ryzen competition, in certain crucial areas.

But if the chip/supply/chain gouging continues; who knows where these differentials will land.

Got mine but am returning due to the battery health being around 93 percent. Might not be accurate but looks like people have 100% on theirs. Ordered a replacement so I'll see if it's a recurrent issue. It's really fast and the screen seems sharper than my iPad Pro but yeah speakers aren't the best. The keyboard is very good.

Not for a chromebook, I haven't noticed any slow down yet with dozens of tabs open and YouTube playing. It's snappier than my i7 thinkpad with a comparable cpu i7 5600u and 16gb ram and Ubuntu + crucial mx500.

No battery issue with mine as of yet. (Only had it for a week)

Faster than my old chromebook and the extra vertical pixels are nice.

Most laptop/chromebook speakers are so pathetic it is necessary to use an external speaker for any critical listening. $20 BT speaker > Any notebook speaker

I tried 4 and only my 3rd one is holding battery health at 96 percent. The rest dropped to 89-91 percent right away, prob old battery stock as one of those was manufactured a month after the 96 percent one.
