Keep in mind that Blue Diamond had very poor fulfillment of their offer with Walgreens purchases recently. If you care to read some of the comments, it is a very long thread.

I did a similar offer from my purchase at Kroger from way back and I got the $10 check. Seems people had mixed results from when they had that Walgreens deal. Maybe they were extra busy with submissions back then.

It is not at all clear that this is a visa/mc card, seems like it could be a merchant card nowhere in the terms is visa/mc mentioned:
