It does not exclude preorders or Sony 1st party games, at least for right now. I just preordered Horizon Forbidden West for PS5 for $39.xx after the discount. This is a great deal.

I did the same thing this morning. It worked perfectly with the Horizon Forbidden West pre-order.

I had that offer and a few others nothing I'd use except maybe 20% on m&ms
