It does not exclude preorders or Sony 1st party games, at least for right now. I just preordered Horizon Forbidden West for PS5 for $39.xx after the discount. This is a great deal.

Works on Ring Fit Adventure for Switch. Came out to less than $50 with tax in my area, definitely worth picking up if you've been thinking about it.

I have a red debit card, used to shop @ target all the time but the prices have gone up more @ target than other retailers, at least it feels like that to me, and their inventory blows. The shelves are desrroyed; I get supply chain issues now, it was trending this way for a while. Never anything in stock we need. Anyway, it's been at least 4 months since I bought anything and I got the offer.

Not there for me, I use my red card all the time too. Really wanted to pull the trigger on HZD:FW and GT7 pre-orders like others did.

So some people who barely shop didn't get the offer and others who often shop at target also didn't get the offer. Seems targeted eligibility are just randomly given out and there's no criteria to improve your chances.

Went with: Horizon Forbidden West (PS4 since free upgrade to PS5), Alan Wake Remastered and Final Fantasy VII PS5 (on sale for $50 right now)

Also saw it applied to Ratchet and Clank, Saints Row and Little Nightmares II

Managed to have a 5% off birthday deal and RedCard which all stacked with the 40% off.
