It does not exclude preorders or Sony 1st party games, at least for right now. I just preordered Horizon Forbidden West for PS5 for $39.xx after the discount. This is a great deal.

Spoke with Target support, everyone should be eligible. They said it is an error that its unavailable for some. The only fix they have for me is that I place items in my cart and then contact them back with ticket # and they will apply the 40% off for me.

As for chat, seems they're on. Had a guy agree to do one game for me early in the AM last night, but then it disconnected. Everyone I've tried since just keeps saying it doesn't show in your Circle.
