It does not exclude preorders or Sony 1st party games, at least for right now. I just preordered Horizon Forbidden West for PS5 for $39.xx after the discount. This is a great deal.

I just ended up buying four clearance games for $41 and change to complete the "two $25 purchases, get $10 in points" offer I had available. Though I am debating at least two of those. laugh out loud

I picked up Darksiders III, Xcom 2 Collection, Hitman 2 and DragonBall FighterZ. The first two were 12 each, the others were 9 and 6 respectively.

Brickseek said none were in stock but they had one of each.

I tried and it backfired after speaking with 5 different reps and one the current releases in my order had already entered shipping process so I'll be forced to return it

CS applied a 40% refund after chatting with them. Told them I couldn't apply the Circle coupon, asked for my cart number, gave them a link after they only offered $5 off, then waited while I completed the order. Got an email confirming the refunded amount.
