You really need to leave your echo chambers and explore some more varied ideas and maybe learn content instead of buzzwords. The original idea behind the push for diversity was to have multiple viewpoints as a way to make better art but at this point it's become a push for people with the same viewpoint and different descriptors.

You completely missed the point. Diversity isn't bad. Forced diversity is bad. "non-straight white people are icky" if you believe that that is a motivating factor for anyone, you are living in the 1920s. Expand your mind and read some books outside of your comfort zone.
