Why weren't they great? Then why did you get a second one? Thanks.

The second one was a replacement for the first one :-) Ended up returning it. Never got 110v out of it…. It was a glorified phone charger. Put any sort of decent load on there and it would suffer!

I'm not sure what you were loading it with, it states 175 Watt, which works out to about 1.5 A. Not really enough to run much in the world of power tools but still useful if you just need a little bit of portable AC power.

FYI: It will not charge the Milwaukee battery it's connected to.

I have an inverter for my EGO batteries, and I use it to power phones, a fan or two, or the internet router when the power goes out. Not all at the same time, though. I'm going to pick one of these up so I don't have to choose between the internet and a fan during the hot summer.

Would this or a GoLabs R150 be better to power phones and some lights while camping for a few days? I have some big battery packs but it only is for usb charging and runs out after a few charges.

Best price yet for this bundle.

The Top Off itself doesn't really go on sale, but this bundle has had discounts to varying degrees, and this is almost making the battery a really nice, almost free add-on for someone to want this for portable power if they're not in the Milwaukee system already, and to have a bonus extra battery if they do.

I ordered one as well.
They are great for powering an extra monitor on the road, charging a laptop, soldering iron, small heat gun for heat shrink, label maker, bench top power supply for electronics.

It sounds like you're car camping? What kind of lights?

If you don't need 110v AC outlets, and aren't running out of individual USB power packs, even though you use them up as the days progress, I wouldn't bother dropping so much money on that GoLabs or this bundle. It wastes energy to include extra features, so if you only need USB charging, just use battery USB chargers, IMO.
