I have these and they're very unreliable. Bluetooth connect is super spotty and cuts in and out constantly - I also have a hard time connecting the buds together so I can use both at the same time. On the other hand, the functionality of ambient mode and touch controls are nice but this is only when the connection is strong.

Returned them once I had the chance.

There are a bunch of these certified refurbished listings.

This one for instance also has a 2 year warranty from Allstate and is 19.99.

I own a pair, and they're honestly pretty terrible…… "unreliable" is a bit of an understatement.

I have a pair of the ANC version of these. Great when they work but to echo the others, they connect to each other and my phone poorly. Constantly have the Left one dropping out

Skull candy is great if you want some headphones but don't really care if they work or not. Their logo looks cool but that's about it.

I have the ANC version bought at Costco. Constantly dropped connection when I put my Pixel 3XL in my pocket. But it was a whole other story when connected to my wife's iPhone. She could leave her iphone upstairs in the bedroom while in the living room downstairs and still worked perfectly.

If you're looking at these for the tile tracking feature you can try the sesh evos, which you can usually find for 25$ new. Connections a bit better, sometimes they dont charge in the case and you have to put them back in again but the tracking is worth the caveats at the price point

One more vote for the reliability comments above. Mine were absolutely terrible out of the box, but after a couple resets and re-pairings, they're mostly better. Once in a while I still get a random disconnect but it's pretty rare now and only when I don't have an active call/music. Not any worse than any of the other ~$20 buds I've tried, and all of those had horrible sound quality.

Been using them for months. Very durable and over a thousand hours of uses.

Ya, I'm reading these and I'm really surprised because I do that too. I will leave my phone and computer and walk around the house just fine. It can be a bit picky connecting if Bluetooth isn't on when you take them out of the case, and I did have a hard time connecting them to my computer, but that is because I forgot how and had to google instructions. My battery life has been terrific too.

If you are looking for some cheap decent buds, I just got these and so far have been great. At $16 new, they can't be beat.

Everything this person said. I have them too, and they are garbage. On ear bud is dead and wont charge and I have only charged them once. They have issues connecting with each other and need to be reset often. Also the case will not charge from just any usb-c charger, would not charge from my ipad charger or an IQ charge base from monoprice.

I've had no issues at all with mine at all. I do wonder if I'd get ear buds refurbished-used but I'm a little odd that I don't want to put things in my ear after they were in some other ear.
