The NES from last year is going for $60+ on eBay this year. I'll chance it.
Just because someone listed it for that amount on eBay or FB Marketplace doesn't mean it's actually SELLING for that amount

The game machine is very small, there is a layer of protective film on the screen of the game machine, easy to carry, go where boring can play, standby time is also quite long, quite sensitive, silent can also play, a lot of classic games, feel great, the key Settings are very comfortable, especially affordable, very satisfied.Buy this is looking for childhood memories!

Same price I got the PlayStation mini for. Doesn't seem like a deal paying $20 for a tiny ornament

Yes, I know this, which is why I filter by Sold items on eBay and see what items are actually selling for. A few a few have sold for 60+ recently. I expect that prices will continue to creep up into December.

Says the sociopath who plays these games on their computer and downloads music and movies from torrents.

But yah, I'm sure the FBI will look into this. Hopefully, a purpose in life pays you a visit.

I am not shocked to see some people having playful conversations about the ornament and humorless people are downvoting them.

I'm sorry but there's nothing slick about a 1.5 inch sized Christmas tree ornament for $20!

heh, older than that.

The Atari 2600 was released in the North American market on September 11th, 1977.

It's ok if I'm alone in this, but I see absolutely nothing at all funny about people confusing this ornament for being an actual playable mini system.. You know, since Nintendo has released mini versions of classic systems.

Jokes are whatever, but people getting confused because of the jokes into thinking that they are getting a playable system is wrong.

People keep saying "$20 for a mini ornament". Do you guys not know Hallmark Keepsake Ornament pricing? Have you never been in their stores? I believe everything in Hallmark is marked up from the get-go so their Crown members can feel they get some deal now and then. People go crazy for the annual Keepsake Ornament reveal - they are collectibles for many people. But for a Hallmark Ornament like this, being nostalgia, playing music, and just fun for a retro tree hanging, the price isn't that bad, and is actually $14.99 and free shipping if you sign up for the Crown Rewards (ya'll have 72 email addresses for new account deals don't you?)

You can 3D print something and paint it for much less, but my 3D printer goes non-stop for many other things... this would just wait in the "print someday" queue. You can buy some knockoff "Super MarioBoy" crappy mini system for $20 that you'll never play because everything is on your pc. You can do lots of things... do you want the Ornament or not - YES: Buy it; NO: Move along.
