Be careful guys. There will be no confirmation in email about gift cards. ATT gives hard time to honor the promotion. It is notorious for that.

i've got the gigabit fiber ATT 1000 plan at $49.99 per month ( with $10 equipment fee waived) just ask nicely after a month or two and they will remove the equipment fee , oh it includes HBO Max for free

the 250 is 200 plus 50 with offer code FALL50? you may try another code ACTNOW to replace the current code for additional 150, so totally should be 200+150=350.

Great sign on bonus for internet service, but the coverage of AT&T fiber is painful, none of my address have its service.

I live in LA and ATT Fiber is not available. This is ridiculous that we can't get it a major urban area, yet, it is available down the street from me, I'm stuck with 75 mbps which is most of the time 40 to 50...But at least, I'm only paying $20 a month for it.
Same here, I live in San Diego and Fiber is available in my zip code and a couple blocks away but somehow not on my street. Best offer for me is Internet 100 for $55 with no gift cards (it's fiber to the node and then runs on copper telephone lines). I had it a couple years ago and wasn't impressed, but only other ISP in my area is Cox and they charge data overages for anything over 1.25TB a month (ATT is unlimited). Between a rock and a hard place.

is there a contract to signup AT&T fiber?
Just spoke to a rep - the promotional price is locked in for a year, but no contract and no early terminations fees

How did you get it to $50? Also which CB site? feel free to DM.
The website allows you to make a one time payment that allows you to enter any amount you want.

Most of the cash back websites has ATT fiber. I personally choose the one that gives you the AMEX membership rewards. There is a website that Monitor the Top Cash back websites.

is anyone else having trouble redeeming the additional gift cards? I had the $350 in gift cards promo; just switched over, and it seems like they'll give you the $150 no problem... but good luck getting the remaining it seems.
so i just called these fools, and asked them why it said that one of my rewards was "disqualified" on the rewards redemption page, and they immediately were "able to approve" my remaining reward balance. I asked them why it was it was disqualified, and the rep said something about, "oh, we send out a link immediately after your install to claim it, and then it gets deactivated after 30 days".....funny thing is, i only installed it 2 weeks ago, so the 30 days hasn't even passed. that, and i did not receive a link to claim the second reward ( i did for the initial $150)

Something fishy is going on, i feel like; they probably do this regularly, banking on people who don't follow up, or people who just wait in good faith, and then 'disqualify' them from being able to claim the remaining balance.

Do yourself a favor and don't drop the ball on claiming what they offered to you at sign up.

I've never really liked ATT; precisely for reasons like this.

same boat here, no AT&T service, only option is Comcast with overages for 1.2T, which is ridiculous. with multiple cameras, streaming movie and web meetings, I use 2-4T/month easily.

Been on att fiber for about 3 years now, service has been great. Had the 100mbps plan until early this year, caught a promo for 500mbps for $45 a month for a year, then $70 a month after that. Average speeds are around 800-900 down, 300-400 up, around 2-3ms ping. Pretty darn solid.

Ditto here. I've had ATT Fiber for at least 3 years now at this rate, no equipment charge. Everyone else around me has similar. They've even gotten better about calling in to rerate, it use to be a good, painful 15-20 minutes but this time it took maybe 5.
But did you get the promo gift cards? Or they ONLY extended your prev 12 month price per month?

Wow so for all 12 months ATT will waive $10 equipment fee? Man I only have a month left on the 12 month deal so too late for me lol.

I might try telling ATT I am going to Sonic so lets see what they can do for me ?
If you do go to Sonic, would you please pick me up a Raspberry Slurpee? Wink

I installed At&t fiber 300 4 months back for $45 a month including the Nokia interface router. The service has been fine actually is 400 up and down. The wifi is pretty good as well maintaining the 400 on the wifi client. I added one of their extenders upstairs and all is well. I believe the cash rewards totalled $250 redeemed promptly. Installer seemed knowledgeable and glad the house was already fiber enabled (home of the future in year 2000).

Cox has a $50/mo unlimited data add-on. Not sure what speed/plan you are on, maybe that is worth it? I got tired of babysitting my data allowance. $50/mo (while is a rip-off considering Spectrum is unlimited AND cheaper than COX) is worth just knowing I have no limits.

Unfortunately, San Diego doesn't have much competition since Spectrum is basically north and COX is basically south. The only other choice is AT&T and their Fiber plan seems pretty sparse.

I wish I had read the comments first!! Amateur move on my part. I used fall50 and got a total of $300 back but ACTNOW would have gotten me $400 Frown

I have spectrum now and pay 49.99 flat for same speed so any bonus money is welcome but still bummed.

Hah, I live in a suburb with a population around 20,000, next to a city with a population of around 100,000. Companies like Comcast and AT&T dragged their feet with providing infrastructure, to the point that a few local companies started building out fiber to the area. About 50% of our neighborhoods can get fiber now, but unfortunately I'm not one of them. They would be moving faster, but Comcast and AT&T hamstrung them every step of the way with legal nonsense, bureaucratic red-tape for pole access, etc.

This is why it's absurd that companies like Comcast, AT&T, Charter, etc. are allowed to have a seat at the table with the FCC. Any access we have to broadband in this country is in spite of them, not because of them.

okay so I signed up but typed in my email wrong so I received nothing after the order went through - I did however chat with a rep who fixed the email but question: is there any GC information in the emails after placing the order that I should have received?

Thank you.
