So all things considered, this is a nice buy if "glamping" (glamorous camping) is what you're after.
For 2-4 people (and a less "aspirational" look, imo), there's the walmart one that I actually consider more practical. Easy setup, and there is no center pole. At 12'x12' it should easily sleep 4 very comfortably. Ozark Teepee[walmart.com].
Stick with a tent that has enough height for an average person to stand in (figure about 6'), as it's the most important part of glamping. These tents will all have a footprint that's a little bigger, but mind that you could run in to space issues at your actual camping site. Really, the only reason not to go too big on your tent is for campsite selection. Try to stay away from tents with an interior pole (unless the interior is huge), because it won't be fun when you knock it over while doing "drunk couples yoga".
A glamping tent usually uses Cotton(or mixture).
The cotton tent is heavier than Polyester, but It more comfortable to sleep in.
That's why those are expensive.

Anyone know if this is a 4 season tent? I don't see it on the Costco website.
There is no way you are getting a 4 season tent for ~$200. Buy a quality one please.
I will never forget the time when my tent withstood a roaring storm.

Sure can. Check out the Guide Gear teepee tent from sportsman's guide, there are quite a few people that use that exact tent as a base camp while out elk hunting in snowy conditions. Sure, it's no Hilleberg, but it'll stand up in some snow okay. Any more than that, and you're really into mountaineering territory.
Males must be 6' or taller, females must be 5'7" or taller.
In all seriousness, if you're worried about the pole, you set it up from the inside and push it up kind of like opening an umbrella I guess, so there is no height requirement.

I didn't see anything about WP coating, but I'd imagine that it is seam-sealed and WP at least 1200mm, meaning you could likely be alright in a light dusting of snow, but the design doesn't look steep enough or with guy like tie outs high enough for much more than that.
A friend has a similar one, canvas. It's big, but the guy wires are awful, and make the area around your tent a complete hazard, particularly with kids. Adding that you need to crouch to get inside, the pole in the middle, and the sloping sides and this style of tent is an absolute non starter.
I love the looks of these yurts, but wow they look like a pain to put together and not efficient use of space for glamping. I have one of those glamping big square tents that go up around an ez up frame.
Any decent storm and this things either leaking or tipping over. I'd also add the fact you'll spend your entire camping trip tripping over the tie downs. I don't own this but looks like a ridiculous design.

I guess you missed the post above " there are quite a few people that use that exact tent as a base camp while out elk hunting in snowy conditions."

Guide gear also has some teepee tents, but they have a center pole. They come in brown-ish (regular [sportsmansguide.com]) and green-ish (deluxe) [sportsmansguide.com].
Lastly, at this price-point I'd suggest something a little more "practical", particularly the cabin style tents. Adding a string of lights and a cool/aesthetic rug at the entrance is usually all you need to glamp it up.
There's the instant type that I'd recommend the most, such as the Coleman Skylodge 6p [coleman.com] and the Ozark Trail 8-Person Instant Hexagon [walmart.com].
Less practical are the kind that you have to set up with someone else's help, like the Coleman 4p Evergreen [coleman.com], Coleman Skydome 6p [coleman.com], Ozark Trail 5-Person Dome Tent [walmart.com], and a very complicated (yet pretty cool-looking) Ozark Trail 15' x 15' 9-Person Lighted Sphere Tent [walmart.com].

Most things posted for Costco are just list price deals. I have no idea why people post them.

Remember, you put tents up.

Really though, the canvas tents are coated to withstand rain and snow.
