Sigh. So much misinformation, incomplete information, links to stale information on many Roku threads. Some of the above posters got it right though. Just use Wikipedia and know which MODEL # (not name) you are comparing.
In September of 2019, they released the Walmart exclusive Ultra LT (model 4662 -- THIS deal). The regular Ultra (4670) released that same year had a bit more features.
In October 2020, a new regular Ultra model 4800 (The $64 Target deal last week) was released with faster processor (A55 vs A53 Cortex = ~15% faster) and lots more memory and a few other enhancements. No update was given to the Walmart LT version.
Just last week in September of 2021, they announced a new Walmart Ultra LT version (model 4801) that basically brought it ahead a year to the current 2020 Ultra.
No new regular Ultra has been announced, yet, as of the end of September 2021.
See the attached picture for more details. Again, this deal is for a 2 year old model of the Ultra LT #4662. It has fewer features than the Ultra #4670, fewer features than the Ultra #4800 that were released the same or the next year. This is not for the just announced #4801 or any other version.
That's a much older Roku LT -- this deal is for the current Roku Ultra LT.

I think the only differences are the LT doesn't have a USB port or a headphone jack built into the remote while the Roku Ultra has both of those. If you download the Roku app you can just plug your headphones into your phone and private listen via the app so you don't really need the remote headphone jack.
Sorry, its been explained so many times here in SD, How is this different than the Ultra model?
The Ultra LT is essentially the 2019 Ultra with less ram (1GB vs 2B I believe).
The LT comes with HDR10, but the 2020 Ultra comes with HDR10, 10+, Dolby Vision and HLG. The 2020 Utra also comes with 8x the channel storage memory, but as the LT had a SD card slot, I guess that can be made up for afterwords.
Roku is releasing their 2021 models in a few weeks, so 2020 models should be cheaper.
Some specs on their wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roku) .For $50, still a good buy (in my opinion) if you don't need absolutely every bell and whistle.
That's an older article from February 2020 discussing older models with older hardware released in 2013. Roku keeps model names and replaces components every couple of years.

Thanks, OP...Rep Given!
USB port and Dolby Atmos on the "non-LT". Personalized shortcuts on the remote, and a lost remote finder.
I believe it's also been said the LT has an older/slower processor, but I may be mistaken.

Roku LT and Roku Ultra Lite are very different things. Always do your own research.
