One thing to keep in mind is that although this one does include a Yamaha engine the electronics are very much not what is in a branded Yamaha. I have both a Yamaha and a similar WEN with a Chinese honda clone. It is hard to tell the difference between them; I imagine either will last far longer than you would need for common homeowner use (as long as fuel is burnt of the carb before shutdown). Given the option again, I would just buy the cheaper version.
