I actually just filed a warranty claim on the clock, after about 11 months one of the LED's on the display died. It makes the number 9 show as a 3. I'm fighting with their customer service to get it fixed. Have spent over an hour on the phone with them over this stupid clock.

FYI, since Walmart's app update, they have removed the in store scanning function on clearance pricing; however, if you use Walmart + it will still scan the clearance price in store. Sneaky and dirty way to push people to +, but if you are a clearance hound, it is what it is.

I bought this bundle for $30, this thing as an alarm clock is complete garbage. You can't change the snooze interval which is really annoying.

Also you have to download like 3 apps to get everything to work, I would avoid it.

Bought 2 of these at Colton, CA. They had at least 8 left. Had to drive 20 mins from Riverside. Also able to buy 3 Klipsch Bluetooth speaker for $37. Overall it was win, especially with Christmas just around the corner.

Brickseek was accurate at my store but I had to ask an employee where they were. Not in yhe case. They were off to the side in the corner in a box without any price labels. They were $17 but I never would have just found this deal without knowing to look.

Grabbed two. One for me and a gift for my brother.

Last thing, the clock is Google home but the bulb works with Google and Alexa. My whole house is Alexa but I went for this anyway since I actually just needed a new alarm clock. I'm sure it's written somewhere but I didn't pay attention to that. Be aware, if ya have an issue with Google home then this clock isn't for you.

Bulbs are good and easy set up.

I'm on the phone with their customer service in India (again). Explaining the problem (again). It's not my problem what they are paid or aren't paid. I just want the thing to work. Shouldn't take this long to reach a resolution. Back when I was in customer service years ago there was a thing called "one call resolution" where we were supposed to make sure the customer's issue was resolved…. I emailed the photo they asked for and am still waiting to find out if they even got the email. I have been on hold for an unacceptable amount of time (18 minutes thus far) while they track my email down. Their process sucks. That's not my fault that the clock sucks and not my fault that their customer service sucks. I've been very pleasant and polite about it to the reps. Not blaming them. Not their fault that this thing is so crappy and their processes are broken.

Found one in Houston, TX. Either going to gift at Christmas or stick in the guest room. Thanks OP!

A lot bad experiences with this clock according to some posters but I grabbed a couple anyway for our secret Santa this year. If it doesn't work it's not my problem. My Walmart must have had 20 of these bastards lying around, They so many that half weren't even locked in the case but sitting on top. They also weren't marked down but rang up at the right price.

I love the clear bright display of time and temp. Speaker isn't half bad but I turn the mic off, too many google gadgets already. I forgot it had a USB port in back for charging a phone. I actually prefer the slower charge now after having two phones blow up with fast charging
Does this have to be linked to a Google home account to work properly?

I don't believe so, I set it up to test voice but I don't think it's needed. It's just a dumb clock right now but probably uses wifi for temp

This is technically return fraud. However, the serial number is nearly impossible to see. I had to use the flashlight on my phone and a magnifying glass to just read it to file the warranty claim. I'm so pissed off about the last hour long phone call that I'm willing to say f-k it and just do exactly this at this point. Do they really think I'm gonna spend an hour on the phone to try and scam them for a $20 clock? C'mon man. My time is worth a hell of a lot more than some $20 clock. I don't think I'm even gonna follow up on this "service ticket".
It is return fraud for sure. It may be a honest mistake, benefit of doubt and what not. 99.9% shoppers will not have an issue as most don't go over board.
Most of these stores do use a same provider to track customer returns. This provider keeps track of the returns made by someone across the major brand stores. Your profile is maintained, they do have million ways to track you. Email id, address, name, phone, credit card or what not.
They do not come after average Joe, at most one can get a warning during return that any future return will be rejected, ban of x number of days / month. If you still don't stop other things will start to happen.
