For those that bought the Sony Bravia A80j and are worried about it only having 2 HDMI 2.1 ports.

Here is a 2.1 switch.

This product is HDMI Two Sources to One Display 2in 1out 8k switcher, the switch contains two HDMI Source Port(HDMI Source 1 and HDMI Source 2),1 HDMI Display Port,1 Micro USB Port 5V DC.
By using this HDMI 8K Switch, you are allowed to connect from HDMI Source 1 and HDMI Source 2 to two HDMI Source Devices via a individual HDMI Cable, then connect from HDMI Display Port to your External Monitors(Including HDMI Projectors,HDMI TVs and HDMI Ordinary Displays). You can switch between two sources via press the "select"button in the switch. In order to make sure that your displays show normally,we suggest you to plug the micro usb cable in the package into your USB devices to power the switch.
Please pay attention that this switcher is not a bi-directional switcher, you can only use from two source to one display, but you can not connect from one source to two displays, only 2in 1 out,not 1in 2out.
It can well work with xbox or PS5 to achieve 4K@120hz in your tvs or relatively monitors

Any recommendations for long HDMI cables that would work for running a connection to another room with this?

I like monoprice cables like these but not sure if they have them longer than 15 ft at 2.1.

How long? Anything passed 30 feet won't be consistent in delivering 8k/4k with dolby/hdr technologies, except fiber cables.

These are good and while pricey, still one of the cheapest: https://www.amazon.com/Adoreen-20...B092HQWXXC

Thanks, yeah I would probably need 50 feet. I'll probably just continue to use the PlayStation remote streaming in the other room instead.

I have one of these that I use to switch between my Xbox Series X and my PS5. Both consoles report full functionality with a Sony 90CH TV. I use Zeskit HDMI certified 2.1 cables for all of the connections. 3ft from each console to the switch and 16ft from the switch to the TV (routed through the wall to a the wall mounted TV). There are cheaper cables than Zeskit, but I already had the 16 ft which had been flawless and decided to stick with them for the 3ft sections.

I bought this switch for about $21 shipped from Ali Express where multiple sellers had it around that price. It did take several weeks to make it to me, but I wasn't in a hurry at the time.

EDIT: Here is the seller I bought from on Ali Not sure if SD will take this out or not: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1...33627.html
