On "sale" from $1499.99. Latest and pretty goodest specs in a 14" laptop.
Note: BestBuy is charging $1350 for the the same specs, except for a 3050ti. WUT? Even with the "free" 1 month of GamePass that is a big no thanks compared to the 3060 for less.

I think that it looks better than the Zephyrus, looks like you can use it with screen closed and connected to an external monitor (Zephyrus can't), but quad core kinda turns me off.

Not even close, this Intel 4 core compared to the Ryzen 9 is just lame. Also, you CAN use the G14 closed. The CPU wattage goes to 25 watts but that's still results in great gameplay with an external monitor most certainly better suited to drive a 3060 low wattage than this 4 core Intel part.
'Cos as 4 core CPU it didn't give significant any boost, if any at all, comparing to 10th gen...
I've heard from everyone and reviewers that the screens have ghosting and reaction times are very slow, even at 120hz or even 144hz. Watch reviewers. They constantly complain about the screens.

This Acer has same screen, a little crappy, ghosting is visible even when you just move mouse pointer. I took g14 back because of keyboard and USB issues - essentially was unusable with any docking station I had.

edit: this also doesn't have those keys dedicated but hidden behind a fn key. Whereas g14 doesn't have them at all.
Acer also doesn't have those keys. Those additional keys are just media keys.
Thanks, didn't realize that. Do you know if this support usb c charging. That's one of the reason I bought g14 is to use the same charger around the house.
