I think all three of them has it. I was concerned as well and I look at photos on amazon to confirm. For those that prefer Amazon it also has the 20 and 32 L version for 50%. Seller is a4c.

I checked also and they do have waist straps not the sterum. For the XL one, I feel like a sternum strap would help a lot with relief for your shoulders.
