26AWG seems kind of thin for pulling PoE through this unless it's something with low wattage like a camera or access point.

Edit: According to my calculations at 48 volts pulling 40 watts would be less than 1 amp. Seems like up to PoE + would be fine. Not sure I'd try to push PoE ++ or PoH through it.
