ugh, no. get a real waffle maker if you want to make waffles... this is a toy. making one at a time is painful.

I have a similar Dash model, they are messy and a pain to clean if even slightly overfilled. This one has six exposed screws surrounding the plate that might make it worse. Kids like making their own 'eggos" but its also slow to make any number of them.

Agreed, but I have a very small a cramped kitchen. The Dash version has done well for me making Chauffles for breakfast

Perfect for anyone who says "let's make homemade waffles on Christmas morning" and then proceeds to toss the waffle maker in the cabinet for the next few months. It's easy to use and clean, provided that you don't overfill it. About 2-3 minutes per waffle. Good price and functionality for the occasional homemade waffles.

Or spend $15 on a regular size waffle maker to cut the time down extensively.
