This was in my Target app, likely targeted and offers can vary from user to user, but worth activating even if you're not sure you'll do two $30 orders or not.

Excludes gift cards
Only qualifying purchases made after you activate the offer will be eligible for the Bonus.
The qualifying online purchase must be made from the account receiving this Bonus, on Target.com or the Target App, and be placed within the offer period in order to be eligible for the Bonus.
While in store, scan Wallet in the Target App or enter the phone number associated with your Target Circle account when checking out.
For orders using multiple fulfillment methods, Same Day Delivery items qualify as a separate purchase.
Progress and completion will be reflected within 24 hours for in-store purchases and for online purchases once the order ships, is ready for pickup, or delivered by a Shipt shopper.
The qualifying purchase is calculated before any offers, discounts, taxes, fees, and tips are applied.
Qualifying purchase excludes alcohol, gift cards, prepaid cards, CVS pharmacy, clinic, and Target Optical. See the Target Circle program rules for complete list of excluded items. Restrictions apply. See terms & conditions below.
The reward for this Bonus will come in the form of Target Circle earnings
Terms & conditions
A "qualifying purchase" is a purchase transaction that is made after you activate the offer, meets the minimum purchase threshold and excludes all items that do not earn regular Target Circle 1% Earnings rewards. Purchases made with a credit or debit RedCard™ are eligible for these offers. A pre-ordered item is eligible if it is shipped during the offer period. Online, Same Day Delivery, Order Pickup and Drive Up purchases are eligible when the order is placed within the offer period. The minimum purchase threshold is calculated before other offers, discounts (other than sale prices) and taxes are applied. An online order qualifies as one purchase transaction even if items in the order are delivered or picked up separately. An online order that has both Target Plus™ items and Target.com items qualifies as two separate purchase transactions. An online order that uses the Same Day Delivery service, the Same Day Delivery items qualify as a separate purchase transaction. Purchases that are returned, reversed or cancelled may cause the purchase transaction to no longer qualify for these offers or may result in the Target Circle Bonus reward being removed from your Target Circle Earnings reward.
Just in case if you are still looking for an answer!! The total is before any offers applied which is the based on the prices listed in the item pages. In other terms, the eligibility is based on total before any discounts applied at checkout.
Hi, do you know if "before offers are applied" means, clearance items with original/list price over $100 but purchased for less would also qualify? I remember that was my experience before but not very sure. Appreciate if you know the answer.

no clearance items go by the price they are marked down to and ring up at. offers applied refers only to Target Circle, manu coupons, etc that come AFTER the price an item is charged at.
Wife has a redcard and offer was unavailable. downvote for me
so you downvote something that clearly says "YMMV" on it. Sorry, but this to me is voting abuse because you are told upfront not all accounts will have the same offer or any offer but you take it out on the OP because you don't have the offer when you were told you might not have it to start with?

It is the price that is listed on the item page. Clearance item will have the marked down price listed on the item page and hence it is not the original price.

Thanks for the confirmation. By item page, you possibly are referring to online purchases but if I remember it right, my experience in the past has been that, instore clearance purchase of an item whose online list price was over the threshold for the offer qualified. So, I thought Target considers the online list price vs the price in store but may be not.

yes silly. there is a downvote option because the deal did not replicate for me . Perhaps you should read the rules and not be so hostile.

with your mindset, why should anyone share TARGETED YMMV deals, just to be downvoted when you don't have it.? Isn't it hostile to just dump on the OP because you didn't get it when you were told you may not have it to begin with? The only way to know is to check, so be grateful you were at least told about it if you do and if you don't, well, maybe next time,
if you think it is OK to downvote targeted threads just because you didn't get the offer, do me a favor and don't check my targeted posts because I'm not interested in your down votes. how's that silly?
Yours is precisely the arrogant entitled attitude that causes many people to not share anything here.
Why would they bother to share?
If you rethink your selfish attitude, things will work out better here on Slickdeals and in life in general.

That's the same offer I received as well.
