If I buy this device and find out it can't do what I need (Run a specific android app). Then am I unable to return for a full refund?
Any help is appreciated.
Sometimes, I just want something to surf the web, pay bills, watch movies/read ebooks and the occasional meeting.
This'll be perfect for that. Plus I won't care if it gets a little ding or whatever later.
Has the important specs for this type of use, 1080p, IPS and touch screen.
The guys on facebook/craigslist are trying to sell used units for about the same price.

About the same raw throughput speed as an Intel dual core cpu (E8400) from 2008 - 12 year old performance. By today's performance standards this thing may be equivalent to people's experience with netbooks of the same 2008-2010 era - they worked for web browsing at the time, but didn't last long before their performance limitations became obvious.
The N4000 is about 1/3 the performance of a lowend 11th gen i5 in lightly threaded workloads. The Atom N270 of 2008 was about 1/4 the performance of the typical Intel dual core of 2008.
This machine is the netbook of 2021. For basic web browsing (social media, news, email, shopping), it's fine.
