Great deal! I use this 2-3x a month. I just pay a ~$7 tip and there are no other delivery fees.

My platinum card also as an Offer for 5 MR points per dollar on Walmart.com

Platinum is supposed to be a premium credit card - has one of the highest annual fees of any CC, and they add a Walmart benefit? I think Amex is confused and really diluting the brand and product

The new Soulcycle benefit that was also added is completely worthless

They diluted their AMEX Deals too. It used to be only a few but they were all very decent. Now its full of junk from tiny retailers that i've never heard of and takes forever to filter through the garbage.

I admit, i will probably use this Walmart deal but i dont thiink the typical AMEX Plat card holder would ever step foot insiide a walmart.

I hope AMEX dont continue going down the shitter.

This point!! I hate their offers now. It used to be a genuine perk. Now it's just stuff I'll never use.

Many/most items shipped by Walmart qualifies for a free return FedEx/USPS label.

Wow, talk about out of touch! I know a handful or Platinum card holders (myself included), and none of them would have any qualms with shopping at Walmart.

Probably because Walmart does a lot of corporate business. Office supplies, etc .
