I actually bought this exact one for $380 before, obvious signs of used but very light. It still have the previous owner's map store in it. I didn't mind but a deal for a brand new one for the same price popped up. I returned it without any problem. $280 is a steal

Just bought this new from Amazon deal and ran it for the first time tonight. Wow what a difference from my dumb Shark ion robot which just ran into things aimlessly as it worked it's way around. This thing maps your entire home, and mops, and you can sets rules like which room to do or an area to not mop or avoid. So far I'm 100% pleased with this purchase. This is an amazing price for the tech and wouldn't hesitate had I not already bought new.

I bought a refurbished one from ebay and thought it was brand new till we discovered that it had a map and history from the previous owner. The mop actually works well and it does a great job at keeping the carpets clean. I wished I'd had one sooner.

I have been a Lidar convert since the last two years. I recently named a 360 S5 Lidar for $99 (factory refurb). Arrived like new. Compared to the Wyze Lidar I still own, the 360 is factors superior. I would suggest you search ebay for a similar deal

I bought an s6 returb a year or so ago. It looks brand new, new brushes, filters etc. Yeah the previous owners map was still in there. I will say the battery was starting to show it's age a month ago where it would only do 2500sq feet on a single max run.

But I just bought a replacement from Amazon for $30 or so and now it's back to full strength. Replacing the battery was literally 6 screws and unplug the old one and plug in the new one.

I put it's used battery into my original roborock that sits outside on my covered patio and it was as good as new also, that thing is 5 years old.

Love these things although wish their Alexa integration was better, sometimes takes a few asks to have it go clean a specific room.

Various s6 models available at around same price. Which is better? S6 is quieter, s5max bigger water supply. Other than that I don't know.

You must have had one of the old shark models, my shark maps my home just fine, I actually prefer it over my Roomba 900 series, which is an excellent vacuum as well. And I bought mine on eBay refurbished for only $120 when it retailed for over $500, The Roomba 900 I paid a touch more for refurbished for $150, which was a steal as well...So the point is I wouldn't knock shark until you try one of their newer models, they are fantastic robotic vacuums
