Will this ram support xmp? My laptop supports it but not gonna mess with it unless it supports it

saying its 1.2 to 1.35 power. I think that means its overclockable, does xmp change the CL22 to cl16? or no. my pc runs them at 3200mhz, im not sure if I try to use xmp what exactly changes or if these are comatpible
