This is normal, especially for 3200. You can only get better cl with XMP support. This is still good deal for those without XMP support and you can only tell a few fps difference with games.
Do you know the timings of this ram? Stuff like trfc that seem to be important these days

Will this ram support xmp? My laptop supports it but not gonna mess with it unless it supports it
