Steps:
1- Install the Taco Bell app
2- Create a new account
3- Login into your new account
4- Go to My Rewards (in order to the reward show up wait few mins or reopen the app)
5- Redeem in the store

Anything taco bell is almost always an immediate TU from me, even if I'm not eligible cause I'm not a new member, lol. I just love Taco Bell so much.

Interesting tidbit I just saw yesterday. The point based free food reward on the app used to be a crunchy/soft taco or a bean burrito which is like $2 max. I noticed yesterday that they included some higher priced items like the Chalupa and the Nachos Bell Grande which normally go for almost $5
