Life was so much better when I've deleted this app for several months. Did I need JCrew clothing? No. But here I am ordering $185 worth of shirts and sweaters.

Honestly I've bought plenty of final sale items online and never had an issue returning them in-store at multiple NYC locations but YMMV. Their customer service has really improved recently.

Looks like JCrew really bumped up the prices for this sale. $50 for a shirt? That's twice as much as last week.

They've had much better sales in the past where you could get dress shirts, pants, and sweaters for $10. This "sale" is slim pickings.

Their customer service took a deep nose dive and their quality control sucks despite what that robot op posted about them having the same "QC as lucky" well I like lucky brand too but they have some pretty bad QC as well so let's not kid ourselves here

Wallace and Barnes at best is bargain brand RRL and that only goes for 1/5 of the collection
