Yup, got mine yesterday. It says it's from shout in the description, it says shout in one of the pictures, and the box I received says shout on it

I bought this set when it originally came out and yes you will want to request the replacement disks as described above. They had issues...

With regards to replacement discs, some sets have been shipping with them already in the set. The new discs will be marked with a "R1".

I picked this up from a local Best Buy last week. The set did have the replacement discs. (Friday the 13th part III, Jason Goes To Hell, and Jason X). There is small print around the perimeter of the top of the disc with information about the film and technical / legal information / disc runtime etc.... at the end of this is a number and if followed by "R1" at the very end, then that is the replacement / corrected disc.

I would assume older stock may still have the old discs, so I would check them if you don't plan on viewing them anytime soon. Also, FYI, I did not see any indication on the box or anywhere else that the discs were already replaced, at least not that I'm aware of.

In any case, replacements are free, and the "mistakes" are minor in my opinion.
