Some notes:
Normal price $179 + tax.
The price comes down to $89.50 + tax = $97.44.
It says new subscribers only. But this seemed to work for me with an existing (but inactive) citibike account. So you most probably won't need to create a new account.
Your payment method has to use one of the zip codes above.
If you had saved a payment method before with a different zip code, it seems you can reenter it with your current zip code.
