Just be aware if you drank these in the past, you drank most likely the 14oz ones with 400 calories. These are 11oz with 320 calories. These are smaller than what they sold in the past.

Good god, why is it that every time a soylent deal gets posted, the weirdos show up concerned that it's going to make them infertile or grow breasts or get cancer? All of those are myths. Here's a review of over 400 studies on everything medical science knows about a soy diet's impact on human health.

People who eat soy rich diets see no impact on testosterone levels whatsoever. They have notable cardiovascular health benefits. No discernable impact on fertility. The studies that purported to show men getting breasts or other odd "feminizing symptoms" involved two weird dudes who ate nearly 10x what old japanese dudes who LIVE on soy already typically eat.

It's fine. If you eat foods rich in soy, you're probably eating a pretty healthy diet already and have nothing to worry about in terms of living a happy, perfectly normal life.

And LOL to the idea that if you're living in America and eating anything other than food you grow yourself, that you're not already eating a TON of soy in consumer packaged foods and drinks.

It's fine as a protein source for occasional meal replacement, which is what Soylent is for. It's not intended as your sole source of calories (maybe it was when it was back when it was a tech bro concern trying to "revolutionize" food), nor as a supplement for strength training. Just don't drink 2000 calories of it a day and you'll be fine.

Just a serious question why would anyone put this in their body.? Is it made from soybeans ? What is the Estrogen Level. Is it safe if you have had estrogen based cancer ? Does this replace food ? Sorry to sound so dumb but hope someone has info that would help . Thankyou.

Canola oil, sunflower oil, maltodextrin, allulose, sucralose, minerals & nutrients created in a lab. If your goal is just to get by I'm sure these will suffice to an extent.. but if you're looking for real nutrition for your body this is not it Frown

Of course you are not going to feel "not hungry anymore" after drinking 300+ calories. But the way hunger and digestive system works is by getting and metabolizing solid food and not liquid. This will provide the energy and very temporarily stop you from being hungry but had you eaten anything solid, preferably something less calorie dense, it would keep you full for far longer. I tried replacing my lunch with this but I was getting hungry wayy earlier than even times when I had equivalent energy bars.

Because of supply chain issues they changed the main carb in these to allulose. It's supposed to be an even slower release carb. It took a couple days for me to adjust, so it is different. There's a possibility you may have an easier time with the new carb. Or you may shit your pants. Who knows.
