What is the best app for Hue animations. I occasionally use Hue Pro but it isn't that great.

I heard that the casings on these fade quite quickly even in average weather conditions. Can anybody who has these chime in on that?

I've had them for a few years and haven't noticed anything. They're not in a lot of direct sunlight though

These are underpowered. The XLs are much better. In fact I recently upgraded my 4 that I had bought from Costco with the XLs.

Big Hue person here. Have quite a few of their lights. I have 10 of their Calla lights and recently added 2 of the Lily XL's. I skipped the smaller ones base on all the bad review on light output. The XL's are nice! Worthy of the Hue name. I will get a few more when I can find a deal on them.

Hue, it just works!

That's for the base kit. How much are the additional lights since you're into price checking?

I bought 3 of the Lily XL's from Costco. Came with 3x lights and 3x power supplies. So it's equivalent. And cheaper.
