Non-Costco members pay 5% upcharge. They take it before the discount. So $.75 extra/each paint set if you're a non-member. Still a fantastic deal!! (Especially since I didn't want to pay $60 for a membership.)

Friend got one of these and said the roller cover was garbage - lots of lint. But for $5, chuck the cover and get a better one.
