i would get the 5% promotion the day after spending nearly $1000 😒

FYI, if you check out using Paypal and use Chase Freedom/Flex card you will get 5% cashback from Chase up to $1,500 combined purchases. Also, Stormx gives 1.6% cashback for Ebay purchases. You can get a total of 11.6% cashback if you qualify for 5% eBay bucks😁

I have no idea what's going on with my account... absolutely ridiculous. I have always gotten these offers every time they were available, for many years, from the time the ebucks program started. Now last few months I get nothing.... crickets. Even my alternate accounts which have had zero activity in the last 2 years.... nothing. Maybe create a new account??

No luck on my end either.

Does Ebay ever offer sellers any promos on their final value fees? I know they used to but I haven't received one in years. The fees of 13-14% on larger ticket items is simply way too high. I used to get a $10 or $20 final value fee but haven't seen one in forever.
