It's appropriate to wear for work & events (it's much classier and harder to tell that it's a pair of crocs besides for its bulging front and the back strap), and fully sealed as to be waterproof (besides the foot opening obviously). Order 1 size larger than your actual size.
Lowest price I've personally seen them at, by $10, definitely worth it at this price. Very comfortable and stays on well with strap on or off. I'm happy with it, but it can get stuffy like any regular shoe, without anywhere for your foot sweat to vent.
Note that it will be considerably uncomfortable & painful for a long while if you have fallen ankles like me (only wear it with socks in this case (a band-aid on the sensitive spot works really well too if you're really against socks in crocs), or else you can develop bad blisters like I did), until you wear it in and it molds to the unique shape of your foot better, at which point it has stopped irritating my foot.

I've heard that the sizing goes by the color. Which is odd. Crocs sizing seems to be off across-the-board
I own a pair of these as well as the standard crocs. These ones either shrink in the sunshine or are just simply smaller. I can't fit into my size 13s anymore. If I were to order again I would definitely go a size up. That's not the case for regular Crocs
I think the non slip ones have vents around the front and sides too. Just enough to keep them cool, but not enough to let boiling water in if you spill.

Sorry don't know all the nomenclature of this stuff but my point is these didn't last and I got them for the same price and would not purchase again
Additionally the holes on the side made it so dirt and whatever else you are walking in gets inside. Bad design for a shoe in my opinion.
