Right above the drop down for your payment selection, there's a section with two bubble choices of "Yes" and "No". Select yes and you can enter the promo code for the discount.

Code works for extension/renew of membership as well.

UPS gonna UPS. Got the $10 deal yet they charged me the $20 also. Both just settled with my bank. Now I have to try to contact these fools and possibly file a dispute with my bank. Typical UPS.
