Anyone actually have experience with these mattresses? Was thinking of getting the Queen Ashley Chime 12 Inch Hybrid for my guest bedroom at that price point.

While most of the reviews on their site are unhelpful, one thing I like is that most Sealy are made in Vietnam, which is the world leader in all things textile including mattresses!
Interesting that without the direct link from the post, the "Queen Ashley Chime 12 Inch Hybrid Plush Bed in a Box Mattress" appears to be more expensive...

Just to clarify, all Sealy mattresses that are purchased through US-Mattress.com are produced at Sealy manufacturing plants right here in the United States. While Sealy might import certain materials from overseas, the mattresses themselves are not imported. They are produced right here in the US.
That's a fair point. I also looked at Yelp, which has similarly bad reviews. https://www.yelp.com/biz/us-mattr...ield-hills
My concern with the sites you listed is that those I recognize, such as trustpilot, shopperapproved, and consumer affairs, are actually sites that are paid for curated reviews rather than sites that are open for consumer comments.

The page to the Yelp link you provided is strictly for the Bloomfield Hills, MI showroom location and does not account for the rest of our showroom locations. Each showroom rating varies from site to site based on each individual showroom location. Some do have better ratings than others.
In terms of the other review board links I provided, they are all reputable review boards that are open to consumer comments, reviews and complaints. We do not have the means to manipulate or change reviews as they are specifically meant for the purpose of the customers. If a customer is being abusive or if it is evident that they left a review for the wrong business, we can submit a request for the review to be removed but have to provide specific reasons for having the review removed. From there it is up to that particular review board to determine whether or not the request to remove is valid. Seeing that they are there to serve the customers, very rarely are requests to remove reviews honored.
Hopefully, this helps. It is ultimately up to you where you choose to purchase from. All I am advising is to look at different review boards before making a decision where you purchase from...whether it is from us or from a different store...and to make sure that the review boards you are referring to have a good amount of samples for review.

$269 delivered is a good deal for a 12 inch mattress, I'm also curious about the quality
I guess I'll just buy something from Amazon or Walmart instead.
